Hurricane Ridge -- Olympic National Park

We took a trip to Hurrican Ridge.  Cromely had to do some hiking.  That looked hard.  I just stayed in my pocket when it wasn't picture time. It was windy so Cromely made me hang on tight..  I saw some really pretty areas.

I saw other birds and asked if I could try flying.

Phew! That's a lot of work.  If I can't travel first class, I think I travel like this. 

Cromely, The Shoebox Chef, and I had a great time on the mountain.

Olympic Game Farm -- Sequim, WA

This was a fun trip.  I got to ride in the car the whole time and didn't get X-Rayed once.  I even got to see thse bears.  They were neat and ate lots of bread.

Reconnecting with the cats

While I was in Jackson, I check in with some old friends.

Burnie said hi, but I think I was keeping him from his nap.

He wanted to get back to sleep.  I understand that.  He sleeps even more than I do.

Crash greeted me very formally.

But before I knew it, we were sharing all sorts of secrets again.

Crash and Burnie are a little different than the other animals I know.  They're furry and soft like the bears and penguins at home, but they're warm and breath like Cromely.  They're a little skittish though.

When I'm at home I spend time under a big penguin's wing, unless it's Christmas time, because then I sit in a tree with lots of little penguins.   On this trip I got to visit an even bigger tree. It has fewer penguins, but it does have lots of pretty ornaments.  Cromely says some of them are even older than he is.  That's old.

It was fun hanging out in there, but now it's time to go back to work and help Cromely wrap presents.

Cromely took us to Arkansas in June.  I don't know why.  It was so hot I had to take off my scarf.
